Agreement to the Terms and Conditions

By accessing and/or ordering from the website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set out here. Please contact us before placing an order if there is anything set out here with which you disagree.

Description of Products

We do our best to describe the products as accurately as possible using both the manufacturer's description and/or our own if we feel we can add more detail. If you feel an item received is not a described you may return it for a refund.

Our Service to You

Good customer service is paramount to us and we hope you are more than pleased with your order. If, for any reason you a not satisfied or an item is not what you expected, you may return it under our returns policy and request an alternative or a refund.

Returns

If an item is faulty, or if you are not happy with an item, please return it unused and in its original wrapping within 14 days of receipt. Please state whether you are returning the item for exchange or refund.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to remove products and services from the website as necessary. We shall not be liable as the result of any item or services so removed.

We may change the Terms & Conditions from time to time and by shopping with us we recommend that you read the Terms & Conditions on each occasion to verify your agreement. If there is a change to which you do not agree, please do not continue with your purchase until you have contacted us to discuss the change.

Your Agreement with Us

You agree to enter your correct details and payment authority and not to impersonate any person or use any authority to which you are not entitled.

Third Party Links

We will accept link requests from those who provide services which we think our customers may find interesting. We make no endorsement of the services or products provided by those third party links. We accept no liability for any losses, however incurred, when you choose to enter a linked website.

Payment

We use secure online payment gateways to process online orders. We do not have credit card facilities to take payment over the phone, but phone orders may be placed for payment by cheque.

Despatch

Goods will be despatched within 48 hours of being ordered and paid for online. However, often we will be able to despatch the same day. Items paid for by cheque will be despatched as soon as the cheque has cleared.

Packaging

We do our best to re-use packaging where possible as we feel this is much better than throwing it away and using new. We wrap items as securely as possible and hope you have as much pleasure in opening them as we do in packing them. Any breakages must be reported to us no later than 48 hours after receipt. Depending on the item it will be replaced or refunded.
